How long is the order processing time?

We ship your orders maximum within 3 days of receiving the order.

How do I make an exchange?

You need to email a picture of the product at info@vibrantcolours.co.in 
It should be reported on the same day of receiving the product.

If your exchange is approved, you need to return product within 7 days of approval and choose another product of the same or higher value. The balance amount ,if any, has to be paid before the new exchanged product is shipped.


If we receive the product after 7 days, the exchange will not be done. 

Products under Sale are not eligible for returns,refunds or exchange.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all types of online payments and cash on delivery orders.

 

How can I Track my order?

We dispatch the product within 3 days of you placing the order. We will notify you via email about your tracking details.

 

What is your Refund Policy?

Refund will be done within 3-5 working days in the form of online transfer or through credit coupons. We deduct ₹125/- shipping charges for all return products prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders as well as we bear courier charges for the same.

Products under Sale are not eligible for returns,refunds or exchange.

Can I Cancel the order?

We process every order within 3 hours of it being ordered on the website. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you to confirm your order before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode.
